The Queen Street Patients Council (QSPC) was established in 1992, and incorporated in 1995.Though this site is archival, the information here is still relevant to those who wish to do advocacy and for information on the mental health system. On September 7, 2001, the Patients Council became the Queen Street Outreach Society (QSOS). Mission Statement (until April 2001): The Queen Street Patients Council advocates for the rights, interests, choices and visions of psychiatric survivors and consumers as individuals and as a community.
